12/10/2014. Pre-Opening. Temperatures of refrigeration and freezer units were all at acceptable levels. Will need to return to check temperatures of cooked food and hot holding units. Some floor tiles need repair. All surfaces need to be cleaned and sanitized. Dumpster enclosure needs to be swept out. Upon follow up visit all hot holding and cooked food temperatures were correct and all previous issues had been corrected.
