Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

Critical Violations: Food contact surface of pizza cutter and top interior of microwave not properly cleaned. Non-Critical Violations:  Nonfunctional equipment and items not necessary to the operation of the establishment stored outside rear of facility. Front door open without screens, west door has excessive gap under it. Dead pest not removed from facility. Floor in walk-in-cooler, dining area, and kitchen not properly cleaned. Walls behind fryer and in walk-in-cooler not properly cleaned, ceiling and fan covers not properly cleaned, light shield in kitchen not properly cleaned. Food contact surface of slicer and can opener not properly cleaned. Slicer product holder is cracked and needs replaced. Non-Critical Violations:  Non-food contact surface of walk-in shelving, sides of grill area, seals and inner doors of prep coolers, basement ice machine ice shield, and inner compartment of fryers not properly cleaned. Any utensils with burnt, cracked handles that are no longer easily cleaned need replaced. Floor under equipment in kitchen not properly cleaned, remove build-up.
