Mental Health
Caring for your mind, as well as your body, is
good for overall health and key to a person's success at home, at
work and at school. Having a healthy mind is essential to a child's
overall health, well-being and development. Mental health problems
such as depression and anxiety disorders are as treatable as many
physical illnesses.
