Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

Warren County Fair Booth, Fairgrounds Road, Warrenton, MO   63383.  07/02/08.  Routine Inspection. Critical Violations:  None.  Non-Critical Violations:  None.

1ST Wok, 525 Warren County Shopping Center, Warrenton, MO  63383.  07/07/08.  Re-Inspection.  Critical Violations:  None.  Non-Critical Violations:  None.  Comments:  This re-inspection was to verify a prior critical violation has been corrected, the prior critical violation has been corrected, food items on the hot buffet are being kept at proper temperatures.

Denny’s, 429 East Veterans Memorial Parkway, Warrenton, MO  63383. 07/09/08.  Re-Inspection.  Critical Violations:  None.  Non-Critical Violations:  None.  Comments:  This re-inspection is to verify prior critical violations have been corrected; non-critical violations will be reviewed during your next routine inspection.  The prior critical violations have been corrected, no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food and no eating in food preparation areas was observed.  The manager conducted additional safe food handling training with all employees.

Dairy Queen of Warrenton, 911 N. Service Road East, Warrenton, MO  63383.  07/09/08. Re-Inspection.Critical Violations:  Food items in walk-in-cooler not at proper temperature, this is a repeat violation.  Because time could not be verified facility was allowed to move product to another cooling unit. Non-Critical Violations:  None. Comments:  This re-inspection was to verify a prior critical violation has been corrected, non critical, violations will be reviewed during your next routine inspection.  The prior critical violation has not been corrected, product in the walk-in-freezer was at 56 degrees.

Holiday Inn Express Warrenton, 1008 N. Hwy 47, Warrenton, MO  63383.  07/16/08.  Routine Inspection. Critical Violations:  None.  Non-Critical Violations:  None.

San Jose Mexican Grocery, 200 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Wright City, MO  63390. 07/18/08. Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations:  Raw pork in freezer stored above ready-to-eat ice and bread. Corrected during inspection.  Non-Critical Violations:  None.
