Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

Wright City High School, PO Box 198, Westwoods Road, Wright City, Mo. 63390. 3/3/11. Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations:   None.

Warren County Senior Center, 501 Ashland Ave., Warrenton, MO. 63383. 3/3/11. Re- Inspection.  Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations:   None.

Warren County Jail, 104 West Main, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 3/11/11. Routine  Inspection.  Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations:   None.

Hunan Style Chinese Restaurant,  916 North Steinhagen Road, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 3/18/11. Routine  Inspection.  Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations:   Wiping cloths not stored in sanitize solution between use. Ice Scoop not properly stored between uses. 

Concessions 4 U, 28661 North Oak Drive, Wright City, MO. 63390. 3/2411. Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations:   None.

Hildies Lagacy, 205  East Walton, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 3/25/11.Pre-Opening  Inspection. Facility approved to operate once food service permit is obtained.

Carson’s Ice Cream, 285 West Veterans Memorial Parkway, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 3/29/11. Pre-Opening  Inspection.  Facility in final stages of construction.  Facility approved to open once items listed are completed and food service permit is obtained.
