Preventing contamination from hands, employee wasn’t wearing gloves while mixing popcorn with scoops. Non Critical: Hand Wash Signage, there wasn’t any. Cleaning Frequency, all shelving and outside of bins need regular cleaning. Effectiveness, employee mixing popcorn was not wearing hair restraint. All was corrected at 2 week follow up.

It was found that Flying J is responsible for this area and it was corrected on site. Cleaning, all floors need to be cleaned regularly, this is to be corrected by next visit.
