Jack in the Box #4054. 605 N. Service Rd., Warrenton, MO 63383. 9/21/2016. Routine. No Priority Violations. Core Violations: Hand Wash Sink, Hand wash sink did not have paper towels and the water temperature did not get hot enough. The hand wash sink was also dirty with food and drink debris. Cleaning, Floors throughout were dirty. Handles on fry freezer were greasy. Walls were splashed with food and drink splatters. Buckets, bins, mop heads, and utensils were laying on floor. The floor in the walk in freezer and it’s threshold were dirty. Boxes of food were being stored on the floor of the freezer. Mop Bucket, mop bucket needed emptying. Plumbing, Sink Rite attachment on the three bay sink faucet was leaking. Time as Public Health Control, The condiments at the cooks line were not labeled with the date and or time that they needed to be discarded. This facility was re-inspected on 10/25/2016. All violations have been corrected.
