Core Items: Cleaning, The Blue Bunny ice cream freezer needs cleaning and defrosting. Inside the microwave at the self-serve station is dirty with food spills and splatters. The floor in the back room, the window sill on the front of the building, the walk in cooler door strip, the walk in cooler floor, walls and ceiling, the men’s and women’s restroom all need cleaning. Clutter, There is trash and clutter in the back room. There are boxes of food packaging stacked by the 3 bay sink making it difficult to get to the three bay sink.
