Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

Interstate Subs, LLC, 10 Wildcat Drive Ste E, Wright City, MO. 63390. 12/29/09. Pre-Opening Inspection.Comments: Facility approved to open once final construction is completed and food service permit is obtained.

Firehouse Grill & Pub, 101 W. Booneslick, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 12/30/09. MO. 63390. Routine  Inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non- Critical Violations: Single service items stored on floor in bar cabinet.
