Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

FEBUARY, 2010

The Cookery Restaurant & Buffet, #1 Camp Branch Road, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 2/8/10. Routine Inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations: Floor under baking ovens, under cook prep line, under south waitress station hand sink, under north waitress station, under waitress prep line, and floor in walk-in-freezer not properly cleaned. Food packages in walk-in-freezer exposed to condensation ice. Mops not stored to air dry.

McDonald’s, 1003 N Hwy 47, Warrenton, MO. 63383. 2/17/10. Complaint. Critical Violations: Observed bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food. Comments: This complaint inspection due to a complaint of bare hand contact with ready to eat food, only items related to the complaint were reviewed.

Donatelli’s, 10 Wildcat Drive, Wright City, MO. 63390. 2/22/10. Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations:None. Non-Critical Violations: Bar shelving in second room absorbent and not easily cleaned. Floor under cook line and walk-in-cooler not properly cleaned.
