A spot check the next week showed that the floor in the dining room had been cleaned, but was accumulating food and debris again. One final spot check on the floor will be done, before alternative action is taken.

A follow-up was done at this facility on 1/26/2017, all required repairs and cleaning was done and this facility was approved to cook and serve food.
