During investigation of this complaint a dirty floor was found in the back room and the walk in cooler. The donut case needed cleaning. Educational materials about hair covering and food rotation were given to management. All was corrected by the time of this re-inspection.

McDonald’s #7938. 647 West North Service RD Wright City, MO 63390. 1/29/2020. Complaint. On January 28, 2020, after hours, there was a call to the Warren County Missouri Health Department answering machine of a complaint that there was mold in a customer’s soda at Wright City McDonald’s. This was investigated when the message was received by the Health Department the next day. The manager said that as soon as the she heard about this’ she called the drink company. The drink company flushed the drink machine hoses, replaced and cleaned necessary items. The drink company asked that management do extra flushes on the hoses for a while. The soda, the machines, and the water filtration system were all checked at the time of the investigation. All checked out okay.

McDonald’s. 1003 North State HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 1/29/2020. Complaint. A call came in to the Warren County Health Department that there was brown lettuce on the caller’s/customer’s sandwich, that was purchased at Warrenton, Missouri McDonald’s. The caller said that this has been going on for a while. During investigation it was found that none of the condiments/toppings for the sandwiches had the required use by dates on the containers. When the back-up condiments were checked several of those were a couple of hours out of date. All of the out of date product and the undated product was discarded.
