Jack in the Box. 605 North Service RD Warrenton, MO 63383. 7/8/2019. Complaint. There was a complaint of overall uncleanliness and an over- abundance of flies at this facility. Priority Items: Pest Control, There were an overabundance of flies in the facility. Core Items: Cleaning, The floors throughout the facility were dirty with food, drinks pills and debris. The door handles, trash enclosure lids, counters, and food preparation areas were dirty with grease, and food debris. There was standing water on the floors and in containers in the back storage and food preparation areas. There is ground in dirt around the edges of the floor throughout the kitchen and office areas. Most was corrected by second re-inspection 7/16/2019. And there was a significant reduction of the flies in this facility.

Priority Items: Pest Control, There were some flies present in the facility. Core Items: Cleaning, There was some food and debris around the edges and behind equipment on the floor. There was some standing water in the back room. Cleaning was corrected on site. All had been corrected by the time of re-inspection, Then on 7/18/2019 there was another complaint of flies. When this was investigated, again, cleaning was needed. On 7/19/2019 this facility was re-visited. There was an improvement on the flies. Cleaning had been corrected again. On 7/22/2019 there was a work order issued for this establishment to correct the fly problem.

Core Items: There was food and debris on the floors, counters, and tables from the dining area through the kitchen area. Cleaning had begun to be corrected on site, and was fully corrected with a cleaning plan in place by the re-inspection.
