Non-food Surface Cleaning and Repairs, The back room needs to have some clutterremoved and repairs done to the floors and doors. Priority Items: The refrigeration unit in the back room, where eggs and ribs were stored, was 9 degrees into the danger zone. Each food’s temperature was taken individually. The ribs were o.k. the eggs were not. The eggs were disposed of. The ribs were moved to a different cooler. This was corrected on site.
