Core Items: Cleaning, The parking lot, the floor throughout, and refrigeration units all needed cleaning. On 1/02/2019 this facility had it’s most recent routine inspection There were 5 cleaning items that needed to be done by re-inspection. This was all checked on 1/16/2019. Two of the 5 items were corrected by that time. The floor and the refrigeration units had a ticket put in to be cleaned by the corporate office, but the items have still not been corrected. A “Work Order” has been issued to this facility, from the Warren County Health Department.

This inspection was to check to see the progress of the new owners that have been diligently bringing this facility up to code. The floor is still in the process of being brought up to code. The grease trap had been cleaned out but still needs to be covered with a smooth easily cleanable surface. There are plans to paint the restroom and the hand wash sink at the front counter still needs repair.

Core Items: Cleaning, The floor in the kitchen, around the edges, the walls and sides of equipment are dirty with grease and food debris. The inside of the fry freezer, at the bottom, had food debris. Freezers need defrosting. Storage, a box of breading was not being stored at least 6” off the floor, which was corrected on site. The food in the deli cooler needs re-arranging.
