Non Critical Violations: Food-contact Surfaces Sanitized, there was no sanitizer detected in wiping bucket, This was corrected on site. Hand Washing Cleanser Availability, soap was not provided at hand wash sink in back of kitchen (was corrected on site). Maintaining Hand Washing Facilities, all hand wash sinks were dirty (was corrected on site), and one of the hand wash sinks was  in need of repair.

Waffle House 1012 N HWY 47 Warrenton MO 63383. 5/14/2014. Routine. Critical Violations: 1. Potentially Hazardous Food Hot and Cold Holding, dessert cooler and cook’s prep cooler temperatures were just into danger zone. Dessert cooler temperature was corrected, cooks prep cooler temperature has been reduced, lids have been ordered to cover the items in the cooler to help keep temperature at proper level, until needed parts come in that will fix  it. Management is also monitoring the temperature and adding ice under bins when needed. 2. Sanitizers, sanitizer was too strong, this was corrected on site.
