Inspections:

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action.  Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

Routine Inspection.  Critical Violations: Degreaser stored above preparation area. Mop sink faucet backflow prevention device not functioning properly. Warewashing machine had no sanitizer or soap, corrected during inspection. Food contact surfaces of dishes unclean, utensil container unclean. Non-Critical Violations:  Coving and grout under dishwasher in disrepair, vents in dining area in disrepair, mop sink not draining properly. Grounds outside facility have facility litter. Non-food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving, soda cooler shelving, can opener, and top of pizza oven not properly cleaned. Floor under shelving and equipment in kitchen and walk in cooler not properly cleaned.
