The floor in the walk in cooler also needs repair. All but major physical
repairs were corrected by the time re-inspection occurred. Major physical

bay sink was leaking. Non Critical Violations: Maintaining Premises,
there is clutter building up in several areas of establishment. Drying
Mops, mop was sitting in mop water in bucket. Wiping Cloths,
wiping cloths were not in sanitizer buckets. Food Storage Containers
Identified, flour, sugar and cornstarch were not in labeled containers.
Food Storage: food in bins was not being stored 6” above the floor.
All violations were corrected by the time of re-inspection.

11/25/2014. Routine. No Critical Violations. Critical Violations:
Walls, wall panel behind the hand wash sink and the 3bay sink
are worn and not smooth and easily cleanable. Repairing, the area
around the three bay sink, the hand wash sink, and its faucet were
in disrepair. Maintaining Hand Wash Facilities, because of disrepair
of the hand wash sink it is difficult to clean it. The sinks and back
splash have been repaired since this inspection.
