Jack in the Box. 605 N. Service RD Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/09/2017. Routine. Priority Items: Stocked Restroom, Women’s restroom did not have paper towels or toilet paper. This was corrected on site. Core Items: Non-Food Contact Surfaces: The floors in the back walk in freezer, ceiling at the counter, and handles of equipment were, dusty greasy and dirty.

McDonalds #7680. 1003 N. HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/14/2017. Routine. This inspection was also due to a complaint about an employee standing on a counter to  do maintenance on an ice machine, and that the ice machine looked rusted and dirty. Manager agreed to have card- board put down during, and wash rinse and sanitize equipment after maintenance. Management also put a new ice machine on order to replace the machine that was in the worst condition.

Casey’s #2331. 601 S. HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/16/2017. Routine. This inspection was to also open the new sandwich make line. All was to code. There were no Priority or Core Items at this time. Along with the sandwich line this establishment’s new soft serve ice cream machine has been approved for service.

Wright City Hardware. 105 Elm Street Wright City, MO 63390. 11/30/2017. Spot check. Floor, baseboards, and restroom door self-closure have all been installed.
