Weselyan Kiddie Kollege. 806 South HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/01/2018. Routine. Lactose Free Milk not being stored in the original container. There is a leak at the three bay sink that needs repair. No other Core or Priority Items at this time.

Schnucks. 499 East Veteran’s Memorial PKWY Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/06/2018. Temperature Check. Hot Hold temperatures were checked. All hot hold temperatures were registering at the correct levels.

Imo’s Pizza. 609 North HWY 47 Suite A Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/06/2018. Routine. Core Items: Cleaning, Pizza make line handles were dirty. Self-serve soda machine and cabinet under the machine were dirty. All was corrected on site. No Priority Items at this time.

Maverick’s Bar and Grill. 16016 State HWY 47 Marthasville, MO 11/13/2018. Opening. This facility has all that is required to store, prepare, and serve food to the public, and has been approved to open by the Warren County Health Department.

Oliver’s Restaurant. 289 W. Veteran’s Memorial PKWY Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/16/2018. Routine. No Priority or Core Items at this time.

Thoele Convenience Store, Mobil. 1001 North HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/26/2018. Routine. No Priority Items. Core Items: Repairs, The windowsill in the front of the building is damaged and needs repair. There are broken and missing tiles in the men’s restroom. The wall leading to the men’s restroom is damaged with a hole in it. A refrigeration unit is leaking in the backroom and needs repair.  Cleaning, Water from leaking refrigeration unit and the unit itself, needs to be cleaned up. Under, inside, around and on top of the counters by the tea dispensers need cleaning. The Cappuccino Machine is dirty. The trash enclosures need cleaning. Women’s and Men’s restroom floors need cleaning. Back area and the floor there by the three bay sink needs cleaning. Some of these items are repeat violations.

Hunan Café. 13000 Veteran’s Memorial PKWY Wright City, MO 63390. 11/21/2018. Complaint Investigation. There was a complaint that there was what looked like mold in the ice machine, a hammock in the dining area, among other things. The investigation found that the ice machine was indeed dirty and needed repairs. The owner was asked to remove the hammock from the premises. The owner was asked to have these items corrected by the Monday after the holiday. The ice machine cleaning, and the hammock removal were corrected by that time. That, more in depth inspection, is next.

Hunan Café. 13000 Veteran’s Memorial PKWY Wright City, MO 63390. 11/26/2018. Routine. No Priority Items. Core Items: Food Storage, Food was being held in refrigeration without being covered, labels or dates. Cleaning, the phone was dirty. Repairs, The back door has a gap at the bottom that needs to be sealed. A cabinet in the dining area needs to be repaired with smooth easily cleanable surfaces. Clutter, There is clutter in the back room by the three bay sink. Owner was asked to remove clutter and store items at least 6 inches off the floor. Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination, There was a homemade garlic elixir in a jar on a shelf in the restaurant kitchen. The owner was asked to remove this home remedy from the premises.

Ron and Jan’s Catering. 113 E. Booneslick Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/27/2018. Routine. There were a couple of tiles that needed replacement in the walk in Cooler and the doors on another cooler in the kitchen needed cleaning. This was all corrected on site.

McDonald’s #7938. 647 West North Service RD Wright City, MO 63390. 11/27/2018. Re-Inspection. There was partial progress on the correction of the violations from the initial routine inspection, but they were not complete. This facility was given one week to complete corrections of violations.

Downtown Pub and Grill. 101 West Booneslick RD Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/27/2018. Routine. No Priority or Core Items at this time.

China House Buffet. 1018 North HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 11/28/2018. Routine. No Priority Items. Core Items: Repairs, The under cabinet of wait station was lined in the bottom with cardboard. Food Storage, Food was being held in every refrigeration unit without being covered and dry, uncooked rice was being stored in an open bag.
