Warren County Jail Kitchen. 104 West Main Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 11/11/2022. No Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Label and Dates, There were no labels or dates on food in walk in cooler. Cleaning, Dust was accumulating on the ceiling near disposal sink. Repairs, Pipe in restroom burst and was in the process of being repaired. All but the dust on the ceiling was corrected by the time of the re-inspection on 11/21/2022.

Thoele Convenience Store #290. 1001 North HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Re-Inspection. 11/15/2022. During the most recent routine inspection of this establishment the following items were found to need correction and during the re-inspection today were found not corrected and a work order was issued for: 1) The ice machine is not working properly and needs to be repaired or replaced. 2) There are spots on some ceiling tiles that indicate a leaking roof. All receipts for repairs or replacements must be shown to inspector at completion of repairs.

China House. 1018 North HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Opening. 11/16/2022. New owners have all that is required by the Warren County Health Department for this establishment to cook and serve food at this time.

Jack in the Box. 605 North Service RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 11/22/2022. No Priority Items at time. Core Items: Hair Restraint some employees did not have their hair restrained or covered. Cleaning, The floor throughout facility was greasy, sticky, there was crud and debris around the edges, and the walk-in freezer floor was dirty with black, caked on dirt and grease. Under, around, and behind the grill had an overabundance of grease accumulating.

Philly’s Pizza. 207 Depot Street Marthasville, MO 63357. Routine. 11/23/2022. There were no Core or Priority Items at this time.

Udderly Moolicious. 1000 Shoppes at Warrenton #19 Warrenton, MO 63383. Pre-Opening. 11/28/2022. This establishment has all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food in its new location.
