During the most recent routine inspection of this establishment the following items were found to need correction and during the re-inspection today were found not corrected and a work order was issued for: 1) The ice machine is not working properly and needs to be repaired or replaced. 2) There are spots on some ceiling tiles that indicate a leaking roof. All receipts for repairs or replacements must be shown to inspector at completion of repairs.
