This currently open food establishment operating as Holly’s Café has all that is required by the Warren County Health Department at this time to stay open with business as usual and may move forward with remodeling as planned to include passage of customers to the restroom without walking through the kitchen area. This will need to be completed and will be checked on the date specified during this inspection, and the new owners of this establishment may store, prepare, cook, serve, and sell food under the current Warren County Food Permit until the specified date.

Core Items: Cleaning, The inside of the self-serve microwave oven was dirty with food debris. The store shelves and around sales racks were dusty. Repairs, The wall by the beer cooler has a hole from remodeling that needs repair. The trim in the restroom was gone and needs replacing. Storage, There were items in the walk in freezer, the liquor storage room, and the back hallway not being stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Core Items: Cleaning, The icemaker door, the outside of the fry freezer, the wall next to the fryer the area around the fryer, and the trash can by the dishwasher, were all dirty and needed cleaning. Repairs, Walk in Freezer door does not shut properly. The facility has put in a work order to have this repaired. Most Items were corrected by re-inspection on 10/27/2020. The repairs that were on order through the company were not corrected. The repairs are still on order.
S&R Convenience Center. 15397 North HWY 47 Marthasville, MO 63357. 10/14/2020. Re-Inspection. Some items from previous routine inspection have been corrected by the time of this re-inspection. The self-serve shelving unit still needs repairs and the trash enclosures still need cleaning. Because of the nature of the repairs needed management has been given more time to comply. Self-serve trash enclosures were cleaned by the time of 2nd re-inspection on 10/28/2020. Management is having new doors built for the self-serve shelving unit by the next routine inspection.
