McDonald’s #7680. 1003 North Highway 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 9/28/18. Routine. Priority Items: Controlling Pests, Gnats were accumulating in the waste receptacle in the dining area. Flies were accumulating in the back room by the three bay sink. Sanitizer, The wiping cloth buckets had the wrong stickers on them and the water the cloths were sitting in did not have sanitizer in it. This was corrected on site. Core Items: Mop Storage, The wet mop was laying on the floor next to the mop bucket. This was corrected on site. Cleaning, The walls and floor around the water heater and the washing machine need cleaning. The floor by the 3 bay sink had standing water. Management was asked to call a pest management professional, an to keep waste receptacles, floors, and drains clean, and dry to help control the gnats and flies.

Twisted Willow. 209 East Main Street Warrenton, MO 63383. 9/28/2018. Routine. Priority Items: Temperatures, Hot Hold and Cold Hold at Cooks Area were not being held at the correct temperatures. This was corrected on site. Sanitizer, sanitizer buckets did not have sanitizer in them. This was corrected on site. Core Items: Hand Sink, No towels at hand sink in wait station. Towels were put in area but still need to be installed. Temperatures will be checked again and facility will be provided a temperature log, in a few days.
