S&R Convenience Center. 15397 North HWY 47 Marthasville, MO 63357. Routine. 9/7/2021. No Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Repairs, the self serve station cabinet is chipped and broken. Cleaning, the chip display shelf and underneath it is dirty and dusty, this was corrected by the time of re-inspection. More time has been given for the repairs that need to be done.

Petro Mart #22. 715 N. HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 9/8/2021. No Priority Items. Core Items: Storage, There was food and ice in a freezer case not being stored at least 6” off the floor. Hand Sink, The handwash sink in the back room was not easily accessible. This was corrected on site. Clutter, The back room was cluttered and discards were taking over the walk way. This was corrected on site. All remaining Items were corrected by the time of re-inspection on 9/22/21.
Thoele Convenience #290. 1001 North Highway 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Re-inspection. 9/14/2021. Some Items from most recent routine inspection have not been corrected by the time of this re-inspection and are as follows. No Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Cleaning, The walk in cooler walls and ceiling still need some cleaning. Clutter, There is still some trash and clutter in the back room. There is still a broken refrigeration unit sitting in the facility. Mop, Mop is sitting in dirty mop water bucket. Mop and refrigeration unit Items have been corrected. More time has been given for other Items.
Hanny’s Market. 103 West 2nd Street North Wright City, MO 63390. Pre-Opening Inspection. 9/16/2021. There are ceiling tiles and floor tiles throughout the building that need to be replaced or repaired. All unpainted bare surfaces on shelving and walls etc., need to be painted so that they are a smooth easily cleanable surface. A few holes should all be repaired. There are some rusting store shelves that need to be repaired or replaced. There is some clutter accumulating outside. There are some weeds that need to be cut down and away from the building.
